Bedtastic offers free delivery to mainland UK. Owing to the prevailing COVID-19 situation, we have trained the employees for hygiene and social distancing. For delivery, visit our online delivery page. The delivery is free during the weekdays (Monday to Friday) across the mainland UK with no hidden charges.

Premium 2-Man weekend Delivery

We also provide special premium service on weekends. The service comprises bringing your item into your property and placing in your room of choice. Our team will take care of your personal items, but it is highly recommended that you remove breakable materials from the delivery pathway.

  • Premium service costs GBP 100.

Delivery Times

We provide free delivery service from Monday to Friday. After confirmation of order, your item will be at your door step within 10 working days.

Damage Policy

Please make sure to check your delivery as soon as you receive it. Should you see any damage, contact us immediately. If, in the rare event, should there be any part of fixing that is missing, contact us as soon as possible so that we can provide you with replacements. Photographic evidence might be required. We provide full refund for damaged goods within 14 days of purchase. So please check your delivery as soon as possible.

Return Policy

The item can be returned within 14 days of purchase without any charge provided that the item is unused. Any item which is not in its original packing cannot be returned. Any item which has been assembled cannot be returned.

Failed Delivery

First delivery is free. However, if the customer fails to receive delivery. A charge of GBP 50 would be added for redelivery.

Order Cancellation Policy

There will be no cancelling charges if the order is cancelled within 24 hours from the date of purchase. However, if the item is dispatched then there will be a charge of GBP 100.

Exchange and Replacement policy

No exchange or replacement is available, as all the orders are custom made as per the choice of customer.

Tracking Service

Tracking information is provided with all orders so that customers can keep track of the delivery and manage their time to receive it.
